Professional Coaching
Coaching Process
Through a series of conversations (a minimum of 2 sessions a month for 3 months), typically facilitated in person or over the phone, the coach and client will set a foundation working toward goals that the client has identified is important to his/her future professional and or personal development.
Coaching pays attention solely to the client attending to the following key areas:
- Addresses the client’s whole life
- The client is naturally creative, resourceful and whole
- The agenda comes from the client
- The coach is spontaneous with the client
The Client’s Investment
- A better sense of self and one's values
- Heightened awareness of priorities both professional and personal
- Increased communication skills
- Increased self confidence and motivation
