Coaching Process

Through a series of conversations (a minimum of 2 sessions a month for 3 months), typically facilitated in person or over the phone, the coach and client will set a foundation working toward goals that the client has identified is important to his/her future professional and or personal development.

Coaching pays attention solely to the client attending to the following key areas:

  • Addresses the client’s whole life
  • The client is naturally creative, resourceful and whole
  • The agenda comes from the client
  • The coach is spontaneous with the client
